1785 og S.G. 9/171 S.G. #9/171, O1-6, Substantial mint balance of over 120 stamps, containing many stamps cataloging £100-£400 or more each, the Queen Victoria issues are quite well filled, including an unusually comprehensive showing of the 1869 "Postage" overprints, several reversed watermarks noted, other varieties include the 1877 1/2p on 1p Yellow pane of 84 with one stamp having the "S" of "Postage" omitted, 1902 King Edward VII complete to £5 (the £5 unused and may be cleaned), the 1904 King Edward set complete (£1.10 with slight facial rub), the 1908 set complete and officials complete, the earlier stamps are in somewhat mixed quality as expected, although they generally appear quite fresh and many are in fine condition, the later issues are o.g. and mostly fine-very fine; overall a very worthwhile collection whose catalog value is nearly $12,000.00 (Scott #8/116, O1-6). Est. 1,500-2,000
