761 O 544 image#544, 1c Green coil waste, perf. 11, a superlative used example of this important 20th century rarity, possessing numerous physical attributes that are almost impossible to find on a single example, as this stamp is typically found with tight margins, poor centering and with faults, none of these maladies are found on this stamp, in fact, this outstanding example is completely fault free and is incredibly well centered amid extraordinarily large margins, even its color is especially bright and fresh, and with an excellent clarity of impression on immaculate paper, beautifully cancelled with an unusually light and neat grid postmark (far more lightly postmarked than any other example we have seen), an extremely fine gem; one of the rarest stamps of the 20th century, with perhaps no more than 100 used examples known, and we are of the opinion that this particular example is among the finest four or five recorded; 2000 PF certificate.
