A desirable example of the rarest regularly issued Newspaper stamp. Only 14 examples have been certified by the Philatelic Foundation and this is one of the few still retaining its full original gum. Virtually all have faults to some degree. One of the rarest stamps in all of United States philately, which is seldom offered in any condition. In looking over many of the great United States collections of the past, this stamp is either found faulty or totally lacking altogether. Accompanied by 1960 and 1999 PF certificates; ex-Lilly.
