PFC); back-of-the-book issues include all air posts mint (less the 1930 Graf Zeppelins), special deliveries complete (mixed mint and used), postage dues are very solid and are all used, and concluding with mint sets of Offices in China and Parcel Posts; condition is quite mixed with many higher catalog stamps having varying degrees of faults (usually minor), however there are many stamps that are in very collectable condition and some are actually quite choice, examination therefore is essential to fully evaluate this valuable collection, and to appreciate that its overall catalog value certainly approaches $100,000.00; twelve certificates accompany.
