Ic, position 47L54, an absolutely gorgeous used example of this very scarce and highly collectable type, being in a condition unmatched by any other we have seen, possessing near perfect centering which is almost impossible to find on this, plus its margins all around are unusually wide, lovely rich color and impression on wonderfully bright paper, very light and unobtrusive strike of a black carrier c.d.s., extremely fine; any used Ty. Ic is a terribly elusive stamp, but one in this gem quality is a true condition rarity; a stamp for the One Cent Blue specialist who only acquires their stamps in premium condition; 1993 PF certificate for a vertical pair, this being the top stamp. (Image) 1,300.00
