297 O R1a/RD60 #R1a/RD60, Extensive and valuable Revenue collection consisting largely of the 19th century issues that are primarily found in the first three issues, a total of 490 largely different stamps are present and the first issue is exceptionally impressive being nearly half of that total and filling a large portion of the spaces on the Scott pages, this includes 72 imperforates and 46 part perforated stamps, these were nearly all collected with four margins, but even so there are some stamps that will not past muster as not being trimmed, imperforates do include a $200.00 value with 1996 APS certificate mentioning a tiny filled thin, perforated stamps are virtually complete lacking only 6c Proprietary and $20.00 Probate of Will, but includes a very attractive $200.00 with neat herringbone cancel, second issue is complete to the $50.00 with only a few cut cancels and the $20.00-$50.00 values are uncut, third issue is also complete and includes a couple stamps with cut cancels, but the key high value is uncut and has a 1988 PF certificate mentioning no flaws, there is also a modest amount of other issues including first issue proprietary complete to the 50c on greenish paper; condition overall is very presentable, though some faults are quite normal and to be expected in this period, nearly all have attractive appearance and many select medium priced stamps are present; an exceptional opportunity to buy the lion's share of the early revenues in one collection. 298 ogO R288/732 #R288/732, Comprehensive and valuable collection of the "Dated" Documentary stamps, consists of over 425 mint and used on Scott pages, each set is usually complete to the $50.00 with only a few exceptions and there are eight year sets that are entirely complete, some low values are mint, majority are used, some cut cancels are found in the scarcer high denominations, but the vast majority have handstamped cancels, condition is very presentable for each category with mostly fine-very fine or better; a wonderful collection to bring to completion with exceptional value in medium priced issues which are nearly all here. 13,120.00
