1981 O 613 image#613, 2c Harding, rotary press printing, perf. 11, attractive appearing top sheet-margin single of this immensely rare stamp, wonderfully fresh, with neat machine cancel, centered just a bit to top where the top frame line is barely cut by its perforations, nevertheless this is considerably better centered than many of the known examples, small faults to left edge including a small tear, nearly very fine appearance; the Two Cent Harding rotary press perforated 11 stamp is one of the most sought-after rarities in United States philately of which there are now only 42 confirmed singles and one pair known, all of which are used; an eye-appealing top sheet-margin example of this important rarity; 2002 PSE certificate.
