1185 O R31c image#R31c, 6c Proprietary, an exceptionally pretty example of this key and extraordinarily elusive value, uncommonly bright color for a stamp that is notorious for its dingy appearance, neat blue herringbone cancel that in cutting separated the small piece at left which has been affixed back in place, quite well centered for this as most known examples are poorly centered, and nearly all are faulty, very fine appearance; 1985 PF certificate (Scott value is for a fine centered example with small faults).
