IIIa, position 72L4, an extraordinary quality used example, fabulously well centered within large margins, in fact the design is essentially clear of the perforations all around (a very rare occurrence), scissors separated at sides leaving small tabs of the next stamps, however most spectacular is the incredibly deep and absolutely vivid color that this stamp possesses, with a highly detailed impression on bright paper that makes plating a snap, neat central black grid cancel, an extremely fine used gem; a true condition rarity whose equal would be a challenge to locate; 1996 PF certificate.
