538 og 26/768, C1/QE4 #26/768, C1/QE4, Impressive balance of the Mann collection of over 300 stamps and one plate block, all but six are mint, the 19th century is understandably sparse, since nearly all stamps in that time period were lotted individually, there are some useful early 20th century regular issues including coils, better Washington-Franklin heads, especially from the Perf. 11 series, and there are many stamps from the 1920-1935 period including a White Plains souvenir sheet, back-of-the-book includes air posts, special deliveries, postage dues, a few Shanghais, officials, newspapers, parcel posts, etc., the overall condition is quite nice, virtually all with o.g. and a very large percentage never hinged, nearly all are at least very fine and many are extremely fine including some gems among the lower catalog value items; a clean balance of highly saleable and desirable stamps; 46 PF, ten PSE and one APS certificates accompany. $8,000.00+
