2087 c S.G. #5, 6a. 7a imageS.G. #5, 6a, 7a, 1902 2 1/2p Bright Blue, 6p Brown and 1/- Orange, the last two with the dented frame variety, registered cover to Germany franked with the three additional higher values, posted just a couple of weeks before the new King Edward VII 1/2p was issued, all three tied by excellent strikes of "Grand Cayman/Cayman Islands/SP 1 02" double circle c.d.s., Type 3a pmk. of Georgetown, Jamaica oval registry handstamp and backstamped Bucholtz, choice very fine; this was made as a philatelic "set" cover but of greatest significance is the two values possessing the rare Glover flaw of the dented frame, both are very scarce as mint stamps and even rarer as used with the 6p not priced thus and the 1/- Orange valued at £850, their rarity on cover is raised to new heights with this being the only known Cayman Islands cover with two dented frame varieties on the same cover (Scott #5, 6 var., 7 var.).
