1812 ng 4 image#4, 1863 6p Rose, rough perf. 14 to 16, wmk. small star, unused horizontal pair with traces of gum, fresh bright color in one of the lighter rose shades, quite well centered for this early issue, o.g., couple of trivial stains that are barely noticeable, otherwise very fine; unused multiples of this value in any of the colors that were issued between 1863 and 1871 are of the greatest rarity, a total of only seven such multiples are recorded; 2006 RPS certificate (S.G. #6; £1,200+). 1813 O 7Ac image#7Ac, 1875 1p Yellow Green, perf. 15, wmk. large star, a marvelously well centered example of this extremely rare stamp, with perforations well clear of the design all around, "B" cancel of Victoria dated October 1877, extremely fine; this rare stamp resulted because of a tiny printing in perforation 15 by Perkins Bacon to replace some poorly perforated 14 sheets by Somerset House, all 4,800 of the stamps were sent to Grenada, but few have survived, a census of known examples revealed ten used singles, a used strip of four and an unused single, this being among the best centered of this small population; 2006 RPS certificate (S.G. #15; £2.250).
