425 ogO Libya voluminous accumulation balance, all housed in a large stock book containing over 1,200 mint and used, the various issues are extensive in this accumulation starting with the early 1912 overprints in the various types, includes some overprint varieties such as double, inverted and shifted, etc., the definitive series of this country are also interesting and challenging including perforation varieties and other varieties that are often not listed in Scott, also includes nice sections of air posts and special delivery issues, in general there are usually two mint examples of most values and sometimes more, though no onerous duplication, postage dues and parcel posts are less numerous usually being limited to one or two mint examples of each, used are also found throughout, of particular significance are the numerous varieties that are in the back ranging from minor to major including some imperforate proofs, various perforation varieties, such as imperforate vertically, imperforate between sheet margin and stamp and much more, often this material is not listed in Scott and is not included in the catalog value; condition over all is clean, o.g., or used, the vast majority is fine-very fine; an important accumulation of this country that is worth careful examination for the treasures that may reside here; for the listed values Scott catalog value is well in excess of $16,500.00.
