 Mexico, 1861, Second Issue Collection Balance. 665 stamps representing 30 districts with much duplication (for example, the fifteen #12s are all Mexico as are most of the 21 #10s), however
there are some better stamps including some with sub-office cancels, the 48 mint are mostly without overprint including three 8r, of course those from the best districts are worth substantially more than Scott; occasional fault, most F.-V.F.
