tall designs (NF $1,125+), 26 "unauthorized printing" stamps include a ½r pair with the massive plate flaw (position 71) and a 1r block of six, nine of the so-called essays (whose frames resemble U.S. 1851

with sub-numbers are present, 65 are unoverprinted mint, but these include two each of ½r brown and 1r ultramarine. Overprinted stamps include 44 ½r, 184 4r and 59 8r, district Mexico accounts for just under 25% of the catalog value;
