Scott $13 The highest graded example of a #450 coil single according to PSE's population report, SMQ doesn't even price this stamp in the grade of light hinged Sup-98, it only prices this stamp up to the grade of XF-Sup-95 indicating how truly scarce this stamp is when found in superb condition .
