VERY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL CLEAR STRIKE OF THE ANNAPOLIS POSTMASTER'S SEAL, WHICH WAS USED TO MAKE THE FAMOUS POSTMASTER PROVISIONAL ENVELOPES AND ALSO RARELY APPLIED AS A POSTMARK.
