AN EXTREMELY RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE ONE-CENT GREEN 1917 ISSUE PERFORATED 10 AT BOTTOM. The 1c 1917 with Perf 10 at top or bottom is one of the rarest of all Perf 10 varieties. Our records of Scott 498g contain thirteen unused and five used examples of this rarity.
