Fresno office datestamp with bicycle illustration, Extremely Fine, immaculate condition, this inter-city service was established during the railroad union strike in 1894 by the Fresno agent for Victor bicycles, Arthur C. Banta -- service commenced on July 6 and was discontinued on July 18 when the strike ended -- only 380 letters were carried during the brief period of operation (Image)
