A SUPERB ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 90-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE, WHICH HAS BEEN GRADED XF 90 BY P.S.E. -- ONLY ONE STAMP GRADES HIGHER. With 1991 P.F. and 1991 and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF 90, SMQ $36,000.00). This is the only example to achieve this grade.
