I, perf. 10 horiz., an exciting mint example of this notoriously difficult and very rare coil, being in a condition that is almost impossible to find, as this stamp possesses a wonderful overall mint "bloom", with strikingly rich red color distinctive only to genuine examples, its impression is well incised on bright paper, marvelously well centered as well, with uncharacteristically large margins all around, unblemished o.g., never hinged, extremely fine; one of the few certified never hinged #449 coil singles in existence; 1996 PF certificate.
