Calais/18 Jun 61" c.d.s. in red adjacent, Paris and Bordeaux transit handstamps on the reverse, the 10c has defects and the cover has repairs in places, still a very rare and attractive example of a Confederate trans-Atlantic cover sent just prior to the suspension of U.S. postal services in the Confederacy.
