705 FDC 752-71 #752-71, 1c-16c Imperforate Farleys remarkable first day cover collection neatly laid out in eleven albums, over 800 covers total, much of the value is in complete sets of cacheted FDC's, with the important cachet makers of the period including Grimsland, Dyer, Fairway, Beverly Hills, Open Book and Anderson, all of these makers have complete sets present, several with more than one type of cachet and there is some modest duplication of the same cachet, plus there are some partial sets including Fawcett, Imperial, Ioor, Roessler and Hubbard, also a group of eighteen "Last Days", and some sets of the National Parks including Rice and Beverly Hills (with plate blocks), several of the sets are in blocks, including some matched position blocks, a few small flaws but the overwhelming majority is fine-very fine; a fabulous holding of this highly collectable issue, the likes of which may never been offered again; ex-Martin.
