1121 ogO France impressive collection to 2000 in a large Minkus album, starts off with the earliest issues used and contains many high cataloging stamps, particularly the Franc values, there is also some mint/unused from this period, beginning in 1868, there is much more mint present, with particular value in the early 20th century, with numerous sets and singles cataloging over $100.00, includes all three souvenir sheets, plus solid runs of semi-postals, air posts and postage dues, in addition there is a nice offering of offices abroad, especially China, with many better mint sets present, also General French Colonies issues, St. Pierre & Miquelon (including some scarcer "France Libre" overprints with APS certificates) and Reunion with some early issues and a complete run of "CFA" overprints, plus there is a group of better items on auction lots cards, as well as some newer issues, the condition of the early issues is somewhat mixed as expected, but the later mint (where most of the value lies) is generally fine-very fine with some never hinged; overall a very useful collection with many highly saleable stamps.
