3455		NEPAL, India Used in Nepal, 1855-64, -1/2a Blue (11; SG 37). Tied by barred "137" and "Nepaul 11 FE 65" duplex datestamp (Hel. B9) on cover to Calcutta, Tirhoot and Patna transit and Calcutta arrival datestamps, reverse with "//74//" in Devanagari indicating that breaking the seal of this cover was a grave sin, stamp with perfs mostly cut VERY FINE. A RARE EARLY USE OF THE HELLRIGL NO. B9 CANCEL ON A NEAT COVER. This cancel was used between 1865-68 with Jan. 11, 1865 as the earliest recorded.
