FINE. THIS IS THE EARLIEST RECORDED DATE OF USE FOR A JAMAICA STAMP. A MAJOR RARITY AND KEY TO BUILDING A WORLD-CLASS COLLECTION OF JAMAICA.
The First Issue of Jamaica was issued in Kingston on Nov. 23. British packet mail would have been cancelled and bagged on the 24th. The only opportunity for an earlier date would be a first day used within Jamaica. To date, no examples have been recorded.

VERY FINE. A SPECTACULAR STRIP CONTAINING BOTH A MINT NEVER-HINGED AND USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1964 ONE-SHILLING NATIONAL STADIUM WITH YELLOW BROWN OMITTED.
It is believed only the two bottom rows of one sheet (twelve stamps) were printed without the yellow brown.
Ex Mahfood. Unpriced used. Catalogued as two unused stamps. SG £6,500 (Image)
