1042 ogOc Sudan highly specialized collection of probably over 1,000 mostly used stamps, 1897-1954, with much cancel interest throughout, first issue includes large multiples of the 1m, 2m and 3m values, as well as minor varieties of all values, some cancels, perfins and two covers, there is an extensive showing of the 1898 and 1902-08 Camel Post stamp, with hundreds of used stamps showing a wide range of cancels, plus Army Official overprints including scarce varieties and a Specimen set of the 1906 issue, official overprints, "S.G." and "A.S." perfins, some covers, later issues are mostly cancel studies, but include a few multiples and proofs, somewhat mixed condition on the earliest issues, the vast majority are fine or better; a very interesting lot which should prove to be a goldmine for the Sudan specialist.
